1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CloudPilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CloudPilot provides free Minecraft server hosting and related services. The Service may include server management tools, web panels, credit systems, community features, and other hosting-related functionality.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

If you are under the age required by your local laws to consent to online services, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You may not:

  • Share accounts
  • Sell accounts
  • Create accounts for abuse or automation
  • Impersonate another person or organization

5. Credits System

The Service may provide virtual credits.

Credits:

  • Have no real-world monetary value
  • Are not redeemable for cash
  • Are not transferable unless explicitly allowed
  • May be modified, reset, removed, or adjusted by administrators

Credits are provided solely for use within the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for:

  • Malware distribution
  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Botnets
  • DDoS attacks
  • Phishing
  • Spam
  • Illegal content
  • Copyright infringement
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Network abuse
  • Resource abuse

Any attempt to bypass limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse system resources is prohibited.

7. Minecraft Server Content

You are solely responsible for:

  • Files uploaded to your server
  • Plugins and mods installed
  • Player data
  • Content hosted on your server

We are not responsible for any content uploaded or distributed through your server.

8. Resource Limits

We may enforce:

  • RAM limits
  • CPU limits
  • Disk limits
  • Bandwidth limits
  • Server limits

Servers exceeding allocated resources may be suspended, throttled, or terminated.

9. Inactive Servers

To maintain platform stability:

  • Inactive servers may be suspended
  • Suspended servers may be deleted after a defined period
  • Data recovery is not guaranteed

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

10. Monitoring and Security

To protect the platform, we may:

  • Monitor system usage
  • Scan uploaded files
  • Detect malware and abuse
  • Review suspicious activity
  • Suspend services that pose security risks

We reserve the right to quarantine or remove harmful content.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abuse of system resources
  • Security threats
  • Illegal activity
  • Harm to other users or infrastructure

Our decisions regarding account suspension are final.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Specific uptime levels
  • Data preservation

Maintenance, outages, and disruptions may occur.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudPilot and its staff shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Lost profits
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
